Since we keep our prices so low, we do not accept returns in general. If we did, we'd have to increase our prices to cover the processing and inventory costs. We'd rather offer great prices right up front! We've been in business since 2002 - we know how to treat our customers!
We offer flat-rate shipping and your cost INCLUDES delivery confirmation on all USA orders. (International buyers - we use ONLY USPS International Priority Mail, no other methods.) We NEVER drop ship or do "pre-sales". Everything you see listed for sale here is in our hands and ready to go! We pack everything very well. We ship promptly after your payment has been received.
