Returns accepted on most items after email from buyer to me and returned in same condition within 7 days. Buyer pays shipping back to me unless I ship the wrong item. Money cheerfully refunded in the same manner in which it was paid. No returns accepted on cosmetics, sorry. No exceptions.
All items ships within 48 hrs of receipt of payment, usually next day. I use USPS shipping only, media mail, parcel post, first class or priority mail available. The lowest shipping price is noted in my listings, please email me for upgraded shipping service quote if item is desired quicker. All items shipped with delivery confirmation included in shipping charges. Insurance available for $1.70 additional. Not responsible for postal losses/damages once shipped.
