I strive for accuracy in my listings, both with words and photos. Generally speaking, because of this, no returns are accepted. Since many of my items are heavy, shipping back and forth would be costly. If I have made an error I will certainly accept a return - just contact me and I will address the situation.
Heavy items (dishes, etc.) usually ship UPS Insured within 1 business day. Mainland USA only.
Lighter items ship by US Mail and will be so indicated in the listings. If you wish to insure an item please ask me to add that to the invoice.
COMBINED SHIPPING: After the heaviest item is calculated I offer a 60% reduction on shipping for additional items. (for example: Two items each have $10 shipping so the first item is $10 shipping, second item ships for $4)
