The customer has 10 days in which to return an item. The customer can email me upon finding the item not up to their expectations. Then they can mail it back in the same condition in which it was mailed. Communication between buyer and seller is extremely important. The lines of communication need to stay open. I am only happy if the customer is happy.
All items are shipped in 24 hours of receiving the sale. Once I have the money, then I ship the item. All items are shipped USPS Priority or UPS. Buyers can choose, but generally, USPS has been the least expensive.  I ship anywhere in the world, even APO and FPO orders. I package in sturdy boxes, bubble envelopes, and Global Priority boxes.

Hi, Welcome to my store. I sell books, DVDs, CDs, VHSs, LPs, Household Items such as bedding, air beds, lamps, dishes, etc. Also sell Beanie Babies and Beanie Buddies. All Household Items are new and unused. The Beanie Babies & Buddies are Brand New, Older issue and most are retired. I plan on getting more things listed. And if I can get the picture upload figured out, then all my sales will have pictures cause the items are really beautiful. I have been selling online now, for 5-6 years.
