Please note that many of my items are used, unless stated otherwise, and are sold "as is". However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy you may return the item to me in the same condition, (sealed puzzles and games must still be sealed) within 7 days, and receive a refund for the puchase price only. (Shipping costs aren't refundable.) Also, I do ALL opened puzzles before putting them up for sale, then seal up the pieces in a ziplock bag. So, that way, the only one who is left feeling sad after putting together a puzzle for hours, then discovering there are pieces missing is ME!

See item description. I base the shipping costs upon the weight of the item. I state the shipping costs with each item, so there will be absolutely no surprises! I use delivery confirmation on every item I mail out, so both of us will always know where your item is!
