Our return policy is simple: As long as items are returned in/with the original packing and with the original invoice then a full refund will be issued MINUS the shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. Must be returned within 7 days. NO media item that is NEW and SEALED can be returned if it has been opened.

Most items will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. We will ship using other methods if requested. Other items will be shipped according to the information in each individual listing. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped within 48 hrs. after payment has been made (excluding weekends & holidays).
