Handmade items may be returned if they are not as represented. We will remake or correct any problems upon receipt of returned item and remail a new one.

NO returns on Plates or Signs unless item is GROSSLY misrepresented in item description. NO returns just because you do not like the item. Please email with any questions.

Handmade items can take up to 7 days to complete before being shipped out. This depends on weather conditions and drying times.

All other items are normally shipped within 2 working days of cleared payment.
